So after the accomplished -- but devious-- Sandra Appiah of the "The Sandra Appiah Show" called me out for the #ALSIceBucketChallenge, I just HAD to represent.
For those of you who are not familiar with the challenge, ALS stands for Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis or Lou Gehrig's disease, which affects nerve cells in the brain and spinal cord.
Unfortunately, this disease affects one's ability to eat, walk, speak, and even breathe. The ice challenge has been going viral over social media, with concerned citizens and celebrities, alike, such as Oprah Winfrey, LeBron James, Kerry Washington, and Justin Timberlake, dousing themselves with buckets of ice water and then donating money to advocate for finding a cure for the disease.
So now you know what this means...I have to challenge five (six actually) of my own people. Watch the video to see who I challenge next. Happy screaming...for a good cause. :)
